Project Overview

Installation of a gearless elevator system with a complete steel tower structure for the Charitable Society for Quran Memorization building in Al-Ahsa. The project includes a machine room-less (MRL) gearless traction elevator ensuring smooth, quiet, and energy-efficient vertical transportation.

The Challenge

The existing building required a custom external steel tower structure to accommodate the elevator system without major structural modifications to the main building.

Our Solution

We designed and fabricated a complete steel tower structure with weather-resistant coating, integrated with a gearless traction elevator system. The tower was engineered to withstand local climate conditions while providing seamless access across all floors.
